About the Role
Eminent College is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and generate quality student leads for our Canadian diploma programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, social media management, content creation, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Generate high-quality student leads for Canadian education programs.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
Social Media Management
- Create and manage content calendars.
- Develop engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the college's social media accounts and increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Respond to inquiries received through social media channels.
Content & Branding
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, brochures, videos, and advertisements.
- Write marketing copy for websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Website & SEO
- Update website content regularly.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor website traffic and user engagement using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per lead.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the Admissions and Student Recruitment teams to improve lead conversions.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers, and content creators when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
