Job Title: Sales Manager – Corporate Sales (Flower Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow corporate accounts for fresh flowers, plants, and floral gifting solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including hotels, offices, banks, real estate developers, hospitals, luxury retailers, and event companies.
  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Coordinate with operations and floral design teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the corporate sales team where applicable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of B2B/corporate sales experience.
  • Experience in the flower, floral, horticulture, gifting, luxury retail, or event industry is preferred.
  • Strong network of corporate clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driving license (preferred, depending on location).

  • Results-driven with strong business development skills.
  • Experienced in handling high-value corporate accounts.
  • Able to build strategic partnerships and generate recurring business.
  • Strong understanding of corporate procurement processes and contract negotiations.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
