Company Overview:

ABCL Safety Consultants is an EIAC-approved ISO 17020 inspection body providing third-party inspection and certification services across the UAE. We specialize in the inspection of lifting equipment, pressure equipment, access equipment, elevators, escalators, and other industrial machinery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of lifting equipment including cranes, forklifts, MEWPs, man baskets, material baskets, hoists, and lifting accessories.
• Prepare inspection reports and certification documents in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Perform load testing and witness testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with EIAC, UAE regulatory requirements, and international standards.
• Coordinate with clients regarding inspection schedules and technical requirements.
• Identify non-conformities and provide technical recommendations.
• Maintain inspection records and documentation.
• Support technical audits and accreditation requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in inspection of lifting equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of ISO 17020 requirements.
• Familiarity with LOLER, BS, EN, OSHA, and relevant inspection standards.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Strong report-writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field inspections.

Preferred Qualifications:

• LEEA, ADNOC, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience working with an accredited inspection body.
