Position Overview

Creative HMC Interior Design is seeking a UAE experienced Structural Engineer with a valid Dubai Municipality G+4 License to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for structural design, authority coordination, technical review, and site supervision while ensuring all projects comply with Dubai Municipality regulations and the highest engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and supervise structural works for healthcare, residential, commercial, and fit-out projects.
• Prepare structural calculations, drawings, technical reports, and engineering documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, UAE building codes, and relevant international standards.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers throughout all project phases.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with approved structural designs.
• Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Provide technical support and resolve structural issues during construction.
• Assist in delivering projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Valid Dubai Municipality Structural Engineer G+4 License is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of structural engineering experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations and UAE construction standards.
• Experience in healthcare, commercial, residential, or interior fit-out projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
