Senior Resident Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Resident Engineer to lead and manage high-rise building projects from site execution through project completion. The ideal candidate must have extensive consultancy experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-rise residential and commercial construction projects on behalf of the consultancy.
• Supervise all site activities and ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and local regulations.
• Independently manage projects from commencement to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, authorities, and internal design teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, budgets, and schedules.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Lead site meetings, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage Resident Engineers, Site Engineers, and Inspection teams across multiple projects.
• Prepare technical reports and provide regular updates to management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of total experience, with at least 8 years as a Resident Engineer in an engineering consultancy.
• Proven experience managing high-rise building projects independently.
• Strong experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive portfolio of residential and commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, contracts, authority regulations, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE experience is mandatory.

Pay: AED29,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
