Subject Matter Expert

Key Responsibilities

Enhance and improve the functional capabilities of our nv.design, nv.EBS, and other NewVision Platform solutions.

Collaborate closely with the CPO, business analysts, software developers, and the UI/UX team to bring innovative ideas to life.

Participate in the development and execution of the roadmap for nv.design and nv.EBS solutions.

Engage in presales, pre-project surveys, proof of concepts, and consulting projects as an ESP SME.

Skills And Experience We’re Looking For Extensive experience as an ESP Application Engineer.

Proven experience as a Production Technologist responsible for ESP performance and control during well operations.

Proficiency in associated with role software and real-time well performance monitoring tools.

Strong understanding of the physical and mathematical principles of well and AL behavior (PVTs, correlations, anomalies).

A modern mindset, creativity, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian will be an advantage).

Ability to work independently and take on responsibility.
