E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Freelance E-Commerce Growth Specialist to take ownership of the performance and growth of our online sales channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase revenue, improve customer experience, optimize product visibility, and maximize sales across our e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience, conversion rate, and average order value.
• Optimize product listings, categories, content, images, and merchandising across all online channels.
• Manage and grow sales on Amazon UAE and Noon through listing optimization, marketplace best practices, and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search engine rankings.
• Analyze website and marketplace performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, product launches, and merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, market trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Improve cross-selling, upselling, and product bundling strategies.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment between campaigns, inventory, and business objectives.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement initiatives that drive sustainable online revenue growth.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
