Description
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), your primary mission is to aggressively hunt for new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for our Cybersecurity solutions and services. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from prospecting and securing initial meetings to negotiating contracts and closing high-value deals with corporate enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Hunting: Actively source, prospect, and secure new B2B clients across Dubai and the wider UAE market.
- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound sales activities (cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach) to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Understand prospective clients' business challenges and present tailored cybersecurity solutions (e.g., Managed Security Services, PAM, Data Security, Compliance).
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong C-level relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, and IT Directors.
- Pipeline Management: Own and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on regional cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory compliance to position ROAMWORKS effectively.
