Sparkae.ai is a Dubai-based Digital Media & Technology Agency specializing in Mobile App Development, Web Development, AI Automations, and Digital Solutions. We help startups, SMEs, and enterprises transform ideas into scalable digital products.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager who can help us grow our client base across the UAE and GCC markets.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee client projects from onboarding to final delivery.

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the internal team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Communication

• Lead project kickoff meetings with new clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into clear project scope
• Act as the main communication bridge between client and internal team
• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to clients
• Manage client expectations and handle change requests professionally

2. Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Define scope, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and AI specialists
• Monitor daily project progress and resolve bottlenecks
• Ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

3. Team Coordination

• Assign tasks to team members and track performance
• Conduct internal meetings to ensure alignment
• Ensure collaboration between technical and creative teams
• Maintain clear documentation of tasks and responsibilities

4. Risk & Quality Management

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
• Ensure quality assurance processes are followed
• Conduct final review before client delivery

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain proper project documentation
• Prepare status reports for management
• Create post-project evaluation reports

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management (preferably in digital/tech industry)
• Strong understanding of app development and web development lifecycle
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology preferred
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI or automation projects
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
