Purchase Executive

Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing high-quality materials, and negotiating contracts with suppliers. The role requires efficient coordination with project teams, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services that align with the company's operational needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to contract negotiation and final purchase.
• Source materials, equipment, and services necessary for real estate development projects.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products.
• Manage relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier partnerships.
• Coordinate with project managers and other departments to forecast and plan procurement needs.
• Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and product availability to adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate development or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects.
• Knowledge of UAE market and suppliers.
