Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to measure, map, and analyze land areas for construction, infrastructure, and development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting accurate field data, preparing survey reports, and ensuring all measurements comply with project specifications and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site land surveys using total stations, GPS, drones, and other surveying equipment.
• Measure distances, angles, elevations, and boundaries accurately.
• Establish and mark property boundaries, reference points, and construction layouts.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, maps, drawings, and site plans.
• Verify survey data and ensure accuracy of calculations and records.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
• Interpret construction drawings and site plans for execution on site.
• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Record and document all field data properly for future reference.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of maps, drawings, and site plans.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with drone surveying and GIS tools
• Knowledge of construction site workflows
• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines

Work Environment

• Field-based work with regular site visits
• Collaboration with engineering and construction teams
• May require working in varying weather and site conditions

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
