Full Stack developer (JavaScript / Python)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack developer to join our growing team in the trading and brokerage industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and backend services using JavaScript and Python.
• Integrate third-party applications, APIs, and external services with our internal CRM and operational platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver reliable technical solutions.
• Design and implement robust system architectures with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, with a preference for Microsoft Azure environments.
• Participate in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing systems and integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Python development.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with CRM systems and business process automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the trading, brokerage, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Understanding of trading platforms, financial markets, and brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with AWS is a plus but not required.

We are looking for a technically strong engineer who can take ownership of complex integrations, contribute to architectural decisions, and help build reliable systems that support a fast-paced trading and brokerage business.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
