Position Overview

This is not a traditional Graphic Designer position.

We are looking for someone who lives and breathes creativity.

You will work directly with management to develop the company's visual identity, create engaging content and continuously improve our image across all platforms.

Your mission is simple:

Help make SwissPro one of the most recognised consulting brands in Dubai.

Main ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

Create professional marketing material including:

• Social media posts
• Advertising campaigns
• Brochures
• Flyers
• Roll-up banners
• Presentations
• Infographics
• Company profiles
• Business proposals
• Logos and branding elements

Every design must reflect Swiss quality and professionalism.

Video Creation

Create engaging short-form video content including:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok videos
• LinkedIn videos
• YouTube Shorts
• Promotional videos
• Client success stories
• Office life
• Educational business content

We are looking for someone capable of transforming simple ideas into powerful visual stories.

Branding & Merchandise

Help develop our corporate identity by designing:

• T-shirts
• Polo shirts
• Caps
• Notebooks
• Mugs
• Exhibition materials
• Event branding
• Corporate gifts
• Office visuals

Everything should strengthen the SwissPro brand.

Digital Marketing Content

Work closely with management to create:

• Advertising visuals
• Marketing campaigns
• Landing page graphics
• Website visuals
• Email marketing content
• Social media calendars
• Creative concepts

You should continuously bring fresh ideas to improve our visibility.

Artificial Intelligence

AI is becoming part of our daily workflow.

We expect you to be comfortable using tools such as:

• ChatGPT
• Midjourney
• DALL·E
• Adobe Firefly
• Canva AI
• Other AI creative platforms
