Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Assistant to Property Manager with prior UAE real estate experience to support the day-to-day operations of our property management department.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, be fluent in English and preferably Arabic, and have a strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market, tenancy regulations, and property management operations.
This role requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, confident when dealing with landlords and tenants, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Assist the Property Manager in identifying and pursuing new landlord clients through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts.
- Assist the Property Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners by providing regular updates and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Property Management Operations
- Oversee the condition, maintenance, and repair of managed properties to ensure they are maintained to high standards.
- Supervise annual property inspections as requested by landlords and identify necessary improvements.
- Liaise with internal departments and building management when required.
Property Marketing & Listing Supervision
- Coordinate and request professional property photoshoots.
- Review and approve property photographs to ensure quality and branding consistency.
- Supervise advertisement descriptions for property listings.
- Review and verify published listings to ensure accuracy.
Leasing & Tenant Management
- Prepare booking forms and tenancy contracts.
- Collect tenant documentation and ensure all records are complete.
- Manage rental payments, security deposits, and tenancy compliance.
- Oversee lease renewals and implement rental increases in accordance with applicable RERA regulations.
- Manage and track rental and sales leads and follow up with potential clients.
Legal Compliance and Case Coordination
- Manage legal and tenancy-related cases, including drafting legal notices, warning letters, demand notices, official correspondence, and internal memorandums in both English and Arabic.
- Coordinate with Tawjeeh, legal consultants, manage RDC account, property managers, tenants, and relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of legal and tenancy matters.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize legal files, case records, tenancy documents, and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison for legal and dispute-related matters, facilitating effective communication between internal departments, external stakeholders, and government entities.
- Monitor case progress, follow up on outstanding actions, and provide regular updates to management regarding legal proceedings and tenancy disputes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of UAE real estate and property management experience.
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate laws, tenancy regulations, and RERA guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/property management systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
