About Us

Schematic Engineering Consultants is a growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy specializing in luxury villas, high-end residential developments, architectural design, engineering consultancy, authority approvals, project management, and construction supervision across the UAE.

We are looking for a young, energetic, and ambitious Business Development professional to support our growth within the luxury residential and villa development sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for luxury villas, residential developments, and engineering consultancy services.
• Build relationships with villa owners, property investors, real estate brokers, developers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue potential projects through networking, referrals, market research, and client meetings.
• Promote the company's architectural, engineering, project management, supervision, and authority approval services.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals, fee submissions, and consultancy agreements.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, lead database, and business development reports.
• Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of UAE experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or relationship management.
• Experience in engineering consultancy, architecture, construction, luxury real estate, interior design, or property development is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Profile

• Existing network within the UAE real estate, villa, contractor, or developer market.
• Experience dealing with luxury residential or villa projects.
• Strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into projects.
• Professional appearance and confidence in client-facing meetings.
