Business Advisory Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Setup Manager to lead client acquisition and business consultancy services within our growing corporate services division. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE company formation processes and a strong track record in sales, client relationship management, and business development. This role involves guiding clients through the complete business setup journey while driving revenue growth and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise entrepreneurs, investors, and companies on UAE business setup options, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore structures.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct consultations to assess client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate licensing, visa processing, banking support, and compliance services.
- Monitor sales performance, maintain CRM records, and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about UAE regulatory changes, licensing updates, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE Business Setup, Corporate Services, or Consultancy Sales.
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation procedures and government regulations.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
