Role Overview:
The Team Leader will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving organizational benchmarks, and ensuring high-quality client management. This role involves leading, mentoring, and monitoring Relationship Managers (RMs) to maximize productivity, improve skill levels, and maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:
1.Strong communication skills
2.Sales-driven mindset
3.Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer handling, and customer service
4.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
5.Prior experience in Forex / Financial Services / Sales Team Handling
6.Experience in managing RM / Sales teams with target-driven roles
