Senior Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Interior Design and Fit-Out business. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills, along with experience in the interior design or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
• Identify and pursue interior fit-out and design project opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop client-focused solutions.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the interior design, fit-out, construction, or related industry.
• Strong network within the construction, real estate, or interior design sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing projects.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
