Description

We are looking for an Office Administrator cum Operations Assistant for an offshore oil & gas, marine, and energy industries located in Business Bay.

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in office administration or operational support within the marine, shipping, or offshore industry.

Candidate must have experience on the procurement process like handling inquiries, quotes or basic logistics tracking.

Candidate must be familiar with the shipping industry or marine services environment

Knowledge with CRM or ERP systems

Responsibilities:

CRM/ERP Data Entry, Manage daily office tasks, basic administrative support during procurement workflow.

Immediate joiner for now

Salary: 4000AED - 5000AED (Based on experience)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
