Administrative Staff
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to support daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various departments, maintain accurate documentation, assist with customer enquiries, and provide overall administrative support in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure efficient office operations.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Maintain and update customer records, files, and company documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely communication.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and customer enquiries professionally.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Support HR and Accounts with administrative documentation when required.
Ensure all records are properly maintained and kept confidential.
Carry out other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Professional attitude with strong customer service skills.
