Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical sales and a strong understanding of BTU meters, water meters, and metering solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the market.
  • Promote and sell BTU meters, water meters, and related metering solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for customers.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
  • Follow up on inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or technical sales.
  • Experience in BTU meters, water meters, or utility metering solutions is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and customer requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HVAC, MEP, and utility metering systems.
  • Experience dealing with contractors, consultants, and facility management companies.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
