Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Operations Manager to lead and oversee the company's technical operations, maintenance activities, and service delivery across multiple sites in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, managing technical teams, optimizing resources, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily technical operations, maintenance activities, and service delivery across multiple locations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, technicians, and operational staff.
• Ensure the effective execution of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, SLAs, and service quality standards to ensure targets are achieved.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, policies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare operational plans, budgets, manpower forecasts, and resource allocation strategies.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
• Review technical reports, maintenance records, incident reports, and operational analyses.
• Manage inventory, spare parts, tools, and technical assets efficiently.
• Support project mobilization, system upgrades, and operational expansion initiatives.
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency without compromising service quality.
• Provide technical expertise and leadership in resolving complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical operations, maintenance management, facilities management, ELV systems, technology services, transportation, aviation, or infrastructure operations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of operational management, maintenance planning, and technical service delivery.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of KPI management, SLA compliance, budgeting, and performance reporting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and operational management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Operations, Smart Parking Solutions, ELV Systems, Facilities Management, Transportation, Security Systems, or Technology Operations.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CMRP, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Experience managing large-scale operations and service contracts within the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE regulatory requirements and operational compliance standards.
