Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Network Administrator to support and maintain the hospital’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth network operations, system uptime, and technical support across hospital departments to support critical healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN and WAN networks within the hospital environment
• Manage network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
• Provide technical support to doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and network diagrams
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with hospital IT policies
• Support server, printer, and endpoint device maintenance
• Coordinate with vendors for IT hardware/software support and upgrades
• Assist in implementing backup and disaster recovery solutions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator / IT Technician (preferably in healthcare or enterprise environment)
• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and firewalls
• Familiarity with network security and monitoring tools
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
