Quantity surveyor/Project coordinator

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Coordinator with strong technical, cost estimation, and coordination skills to support our projects. The candidate must be comfortable working remotely when required and able to prepare accurate quantity take-offs, pricing, and assist in project coordination activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuantity Surveying & Costing

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for fencing and related works
• Analyze drawings (AutoCAD) and technical specifications
• Calculate material, labor, and installation costs
• Prepare BOQs, pricing summaries, and tender documents
• Support tendering processes and project cost control

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
• Track project progress, timelines, and material requirements
• Assist in planning and scheduling site activities
• Follow up with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations and delivery timelines
• Maintain project documentation and update status reports
• Support communication between office and site teams to ensure alignment

Pay: AED2,531.51 - AED12,123.29 per month
