Job Title: Sales Executive – Multi-Function Printers (MFP)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the Multi-Function Printer (MFP) industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HP and Toshiba printing solutions and a successful track record in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for HP and Toshiba Multi-Function Printers and Managed Print Services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MFP/Office Automation sales in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience selling HP and Toshiba Multi-Function Printers is mandatory.
• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Good understanding of Managed Print Services (MPS), document solutions, and office printing environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Existing customer network in the UAE corporate sector will be an advantage.
• Experience working with system integrators, corporate accounts, educational institutions, and government organizations is preferred.
