Authority Submission Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an Authority Submission Engineer to manage project submissions, approvals, permits, and NOCs through various UAE authority portals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dubai authority approval processes and be capable of independently handling submissions from initial application through final approval.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications through UAE authority portals.

• Coordinate approvals, permits, and NOCs with relevant authorities.

• Manage submissions through Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DCD, DDA, Trakhees, Dubai South, and other applicable authorities.

• Track submission status and ensure timely follow-up on approvals.

• Review technical documentation for compliance with authority requirements.

• Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and project teams to obtain required documents.

• Address authority comments, revisions, and resubmissions.

• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, permits, and correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering.

• 2–5 years of UAE experience in authority approvals and portal submissions.

• Proven experience with Dubai authority portals and approval processes.

• Strong understanding of permit applications, NOCs, and regulatory requirements.

• Experience coordinating directly with government and utility authorities.

• Experience in construction, fit-out, MEP, or engineering consultancy projects.

Salary and other benefits :- AED 8k -10k + other benefits as per labor law
