Social Media Strategist

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media & Paid Ads Strategist to join our team in Dubai, supporting a portfolio of property development and construction projects.

This is not an influencer role and not a follower-chasing position.

Our focus is on lead generation, consistency, execution, and paid advertising performance — particularly through Facebook Ads, supported by strategic content across all major social media platforms.

We are looking for someone who understands how to create and manage a structured, repeatable content strategy that follows developments from construction commencement through to completion and sales.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Paid Ads Specialist, or similar role
• Strong experience running and optimising Facebook & Instagram Ads (essential)
• Demonstrated success generating qualified leads through paid social campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, advertising systems, and best practices
• Experience creating and managing content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Previous experience working with Australian, United Kingdom, or United States companies (preferred)
• Ability to analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance and ROI
• Comfortable working within a structured, repeatable content and advertising framework
• Able to consistently produce project-based content over long development timelines
• Highly organised, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with social media management, scheduling, reporting, and analytics tools
• Experience in property, construction, architecture, real estate, or related industries is highly regarded
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential About the company
