We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Interior Designer who can combine design expertise with strong sales abilities to generate business and deliver outstanding client experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

• Generate new leads and business opportunities for interior fit-out, renovation, and design projects.
• Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements, budget, and expectations.
• Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and project concepts to clients.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, real estate brokers, and corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Design & Project Consultation

• Conduct site visits and measurements for residential and commercial projects.
• Develop interior design concepts, space planning layouts, and material selections.
• Create presentations, mood boards, and visual concepts aligned with client requirements.
• Advise clients on finishes, furniture, lighting, color schemes, and space optimization.
• Coordinate with the technical, fit-out, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Proposal & Costing

• Work closely with estimation and operations teams to prepare quotations and project proposals.
• Assist in preparing BOQs and material specifications.
• Ensure design solutions meet client budgets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Interior Design and Sales, preferably within the UAE fit-out industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing interior fit-out projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D visualization software, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, and fit-out processes.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
