LUXSPACE FIT OUT & TECHNICAL SERVICES L.L.C. is a UAE-based design and build company specializing in villa renovation, interior fit-out, swimming pool construction, landscaping, and technical services. We deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects across Dubai through professional project management and in-house execution.

We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to join our growing team for villa renovation, landscaping, swimming pool, and fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations, workforce activities, subcontractors, and suppliers for villa renovation, landscaping, swimming pool, and fit-out projects.
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, landscaping, and swimming pool drawings accurately.
• Coordinate demolition, civil modifications, block work, plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum, ceiling, waterproofing, MEP, and finishing activities.
• Supervise swimming pool construction works including excavation, steel fixing, concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, filtration systems, and pool equipment installation.
• Monitor landscaping works including irrigation systems, interlock and paving works, pergolas, artificial grass, outdoor lighting, softscape, and hardscape activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor manpower productivity, material usage, work progress, and site performance.
• Conduct site inspections, identify technical issues, and ensure timely resolution of site-related problems.
• Prepare daily progress reports, manpower reports, and site updates using Microsoft Office and site reporting software.
• Ensure proper material handling, site cleanliness, workforce discipline, and safe working conditions.
• Ensure all works comply with Dubai Municipality regulations, safety requirements, and company standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in villa renovation, landscaping, swimming pool, or fit-out projects.
• Strong site supervision and manpower management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple site activities and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic project/site management software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards and site safety procedures.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
