Planner

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planner to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The Planner will play a critical role in coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines are met, and resources are efficiently allocated to achieve project goals on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment of project plans.

• Track project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions.

• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders on project status.

• Analyze resource allocation and forecast future project needs to optimize efficiency.

• Monitor project compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Facilitate communication among various teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience as a Planner in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
