Job Description:

Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and high table turnover.

Act as the face of the restaurant, maintaining hospitality and resolving guest feedback.

Lead, train, and schedule a diverse team to ensure consistent service excellence.

Drive sales, monitor P&L, and manage costs to meet monthly targets. Requirements

Turkish, 35 and below
-
At least 2 years of UAE experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry

Ability to lead a diverse team and manage inspections

Strong experience in FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and high table turnover
