Country Manager

The Role

• Lead Syria retail operations, commercial strategy, and business growth for women’s fashion brands.
• Oversee sales, marketing, retail operations, HR, logistics, and financial performance across Syria stores.
• Drive store expansion, customer experience initiatives, partnerships, and market penetration strategies.
• Manage P&L, operational efficiency, and high-performing retail teams while ensuring compliance and profitability.

Requirements

Position Title: Country Manager

Employment Type: Full- Time

Salary USD: up to 2,500 USD inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

• Open to Male Syrian aged 45 years and below, holding Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Retail Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership role within GCC women’s fashion retail brands.
• Strong expertise in the GCC retail market with a proven ability to drive growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
• Effective leader with strong negotiation, decision-making, and team management skills. About the company
