The Role
Position Title: Brand and Merchandiser Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25,000 AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description:

Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives, including campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.

Plan and manage merchandise assortments to maximize sales performance and profitability.

Support product development, launches, and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Requirements

Female, British nationals, 38 years old and below

Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management and merchandising within the fashion retail industry, preferably women’s wear

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of brand strategy development, merchandising planning, and retail operations
