Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions to improve their companies’ operational efficiencies by using Qashio
• Actively seeking out prospective customers using different channels and outbound strategies
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining sales activities and plans
• Packaging Qashio’s features and services into engaging presentations, solid arguments or data-supported documents to entice and engage potential customers
• Understanding customer’s challenges and pain points in order to present and promote Qashio as the best solution
• Achieving agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames
• Utilising our CRM system to manage and track sales activities and progress
• Generate unique ideas for marketing and sales strategies to grow our user base
• Assist in segmenting the market and identifying the best matches for our business model

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role. Ideally in SaaS, Fintech or a B2B Start up
• Extremely proactive
• Expertise in creating and delivering presentations tailored to audience need
• Relationship management skills and a can-do attitude when presented with challenge
• Highly motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales target
• Excellent sales and negotiation skill
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team setting
