Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Manager (Real Estate)

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Manager to drive high-quality real estate leads through digital marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Generate qualified buyer and investor leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
  • Monitor and improve campaign performance, lead quality, CPL, and ROI.
  • Create and test audiences, ad creatives, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign data using marketing and analytics tools.
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximize lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience inreal estate lead generation.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate high-quality leads at scale.
  • Strong analytical and performance marketing skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization is preferred.

Experience:

  • Lead generation: 2 years (Preferred)
