The Role

Position Title: Business Development Manager (3 vacancies)

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 7,000 AED all inclusive

Benefits: Monthly commission based on target sales

About the Client:

A leading UAE-based insurance brokerage providing customized insurance and risk management solutions for individuals and businesses across diverse industries.

Job Description:

• Drive client acquisition and portfolio growth by onboarding high-value clients and expanding the insurance portfolio.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through selling, cross-selling, and upselling general insurance products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance, and sales reporting. Requirements

Qualifications:

• Male, Arabic speaking or Asian nationals, below 38 years old are preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within the general insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven client portfolio management experience and target achievement. About the company
