About the Role
Hoxton Wealth is looking for a Marketing Operations & AI Automation Manager to own the
systems, data, automation and technology that power our marketing engine.
This role sits within the Marketing department and is responsible for ensuring our
marketing activity can be executed, measured, automated and scaled effectively.
You will oversee the marketing technology stack, lead management processes, reporting
infrastructure and automation workflows that support lead generation and client
acquisition across multiple international markets.
You will also play a key role in driving practical AI adoption within the marketing function,
identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automate repetitive work and enhance the
effectiveness of our campaigns and processes.
This is a hands - on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, building systems and
finding smarter ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Data Management
Own and manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, customer data
platforms, marketing automation tools and reporting systems.
Maintain accurate customer and prospect data, ensuring high standards of data
quality, segmentation and consent management.
Manage lead lifecycle processes from initial enquiry through to adviser handover.
Ensure marketing and sales teams operate from a reliable and consistent source of
truth.
Maintain documentation, processes and governance across all marketing systems.
Marketing Automation & Lead Management
Design, build and optimise automated workflows that improve lead generation,
nurturing and conversion.
Develop and manage lead enrichment and qualification processes.
Improve speed -to- lead and lead routing processes through automation.
Support campaign execution through scalable marketing workflows and
operational processes.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve team efficiency.
Attribution, Analytics & Reporting
Manage marketing tracking and attribution infrastructure across digital channels.
Ensure accurate conversion tracking and reporting across websites, campaigns
and lead sources.
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility of
marketing performance.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to improve marketing ROI measurement
and decision - making.
AI & Innovation
Lead the adoption of practical AI solutions across the marketing department.
Build and implement AI - powered workflows, assistants and automations that
improve productivity and effectiveness.
Evaluate emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to create competitive
advantages.
Document and share best practices to help the wider marketing team make
effective use of AI.
Act as the department's subject matter expert for marketing automation and AI -
enabled workflows.
Digital Tools & Marketing Infrastructure
Support the development and maintenance of lead - generation tools such as
calculators, assessments, interactive experiences and website chat solutions.
Manage integrations between marketing platforms and third - party systems.
Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure marketing
systems remain reliable, secure and scalable.
Support website tracking, analytics and conversion optimisation initiatives.
