Webreez builds a click‑to‑talk widget that connects website visitors directly to sales reps to increase demo/test‑drive bookings and shorten sales cycles. This role combines analytics, lightweight ML, and AI agent automation to drive measurable increases in demo bookings and conversions.

What you will do

• Instrument the funnel: implement and maintain tracking for Visitor → Conversation → Demo → Close.
• Build dashboards: create simple, actionable dashboards (Looker Studio / Power BI / Retool) to surface drop‑offs and high‑intent segments.
• Develop AI agents: prototype small agents for outreach, qualification, and demo scheduling (Zapier/Make + OpenAI/LangChain integrations).
• Run experiments: design and analyze A/B tests to improve demo booking rates and reduce no‑shows.
• Deliver insights: produce weekly reports with prioritised, revenue‑focused recommendations.

Must have

• Technical: SQL, Python (pandas), basic API experience.
• Analytics: comfortable with event tracking, funnel metrics, and dashboarding.
• AI tooling: familiarity with OpenAI or similar LLMs and automation platforms n8n (Zapier/Make) or eagerness to learn quickly.
• Mindset: data‑driven, results‑oriented, strong communicator.

Nice to have

• Experience with scikit‑learn or simple predictive models.
• Previous exposure to B2B SaaS sales funnels or CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Basic knowledge of call/transcript analysis.
