Marketing Executive

The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Marketing Executive to join the team at Bla Bla by McGettigan’s — one of Dubai’s most exciting multi-concept lifestyle destinations.

This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years’ experience in hospitality marketing, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating impactful campaigns, events and brand moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and in-venue channels
• Manage day-to-day social media activity, including content planning, posting and community engagement
• Work closely with design and content teams to develop compelling creative assets
• Assist in the delivery and promotion of events, activations and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with PR agencies, influencers and media partners to drive coverage and awareness
• Support paid media campaigns across Meta and Google to drive bookings and sales
• Monitor performance, track KPIs and provide insights to optimise campaigns
• Maintain website and booking platforms with up-to-date content and offers
• Liaise with operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution on-site

Requirements

• 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, F&B or lifestyle
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Creative thinker with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with agencies and external partners is a plus
• Knowledge of tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CMS platforms preferred
