The Role

Position Title: Marketing Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary AED: up to 20,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Job Description:

1. Support the execution of retail marketing strategies across stores (campaigns, activations, launches). Lead day-to-day coordination with internal teams, agencies, and mall partners

2. Drive content and campaign rollouts across digital, PR, and in-store touchpoints. Build and manage a brand ambassador / influencer program to enhance visibility and engagement

3. Support new market expansion projects, including research, partnerships, and go-to-market planning

4. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to improve footfall, sales, and brand awareness

Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Age 40 or below

2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)

3. Strong understanding of GCC retail and consumer behavior, with international experience preferred (outside India)

4. Experience in influencer marketing, PR, and brand partnerships, with strong project management and organizational skills
