Contracts Manager - Real Estate

The Role

Our client, a leading luxury real estate developer in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of high-end residential and mixed-use developments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including the preparation, negotiation, and administration of consultancy and construction agreements. The role will work closely with project teams and cost consultants to ensure effective pre- and post-contract management, including claims, variations, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, negotiate, and administer consultancy and construction contracts
• Manage pre- and post-contract activities in collaboration with cost consultants and project stakeholders
• Review and assess claims, variations, extensions of time, and contractual entitlements
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement cost-control and value-engineering initiatives to support project profitability
• Provide contractual advice and support to project teams and senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the real estate, construction, or property development sector
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims management, and commercial practices
• Experience working on high-end residential, mixed-use, or large-scale development projects
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
