The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner to join our prestigious law firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering exceptional legal services and driving business growth within a competitive legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality legal service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the firm's legal practice in line with market demands.

• Provide expert legal advice across various practice areas and guide junior lawyers in case management.

• Represent the firm in negotiations, court proceedings, and industry events to enhance visibility and reputation.

• Collaborate with firm leadership to shape policies, business development, and operational excellence.

• Mentor and develop legal teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, ethics, and continuous learning. Requirements

• Licensed lawyer with extensive experience in a reputable law firm, ideally with partnership experience.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.

• Strong business acumen and proven ability to generate and sustain client business.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills tailored to a diverse client base.

• Deep understanding of UAE laws and regulations, with experience handling complex legal matters.

• High ethical standards and commitment to the firm’s values and professional integrity.

About the company

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
