The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner to join our prestigious law firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in delivering exceptional legal services and driving business growth within a competitive legal environment.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage client relationships, ensuring high-quality legal service delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the firm's legal practice in line with market demands.

Provide expert legal advice across various practice areas and guide junior lawyers in case management.

Represent the firm in negotiations, court proceedings, and industry events to enhance visibility and reputation.

Collaborate with firm leadership to shape policies, business development, and operational excellence.

Mentor and develop legal teams, fostering a culture of professionalism, ethics, and continuous learning. Requirements

Licensed lawyer with extensive experience in a reputable law firm, ideally with partnership experience.

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.

Strong business acumen and proven ability to generate and sustain client business.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills tailored to a diverse client base.

Deep understanding of UAE laws and regulations, with experience handling complex legal matters.

Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel.
Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
