The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves identifying and implementing strategic business solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in analyzing market trends to deliver innovative business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify client business needs and propose effective solutions to meet those needs.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their challenges and goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that match client requirements.

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

• Monitor the implementation of solutions and ensure client satisfaction.

• Provide feedback and insights to product development teams based on client interactions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the UAE market and business landscape is preferred.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
