The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Barrister to join our prestigious law firm in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal counsel, representing clients in complex cases, and contributing to the firm's continued success in the UAE legal market.
Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and representation in high-profile and complex cases within the UAE jurisdiction.

Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and court submissions with meticulous attention to detail.

Advise clients on a wide range of legal matters, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution forums with confidence and professionalism.

Collaborate closely with junior lawyers and legal teams to strategize case approaches and share legal knowledge.

Keep abreast of developments in UAE and international law to provide informed and up-to-date counsel.

Participate in business development initiatives and contribute to enhancing the firm’s reputation and client base. Requirements

Qualified barrister with extensive experience in UAE law and litigation, preferably with a focus on commercial or corporate law.

Proven track record of handling complex legal cases and delivering successful outcomes.

Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are a distinct advantage.
