Assistant Site Engineer

The Role

1. Supervise and manage site activities for joinery & fit-out works

2. Coordinate with Project Managers, Designers, and subcontractors

3. Review and execute work as per shop drawings and specifications

4. Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards

5. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports

6. Ensure proper material usage and site safety compliance

7. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues

8. Assist in BOQ, material take-off, and cost control

Requirements

1. 3–7 years experience in joinery / fit-out projects

2. UAE experience preferred

3. Strong experience in site execution and coordination

4. Knowledge of joinery works, materials, and finishing

5. Strong coordination and communication skills

6. Problem-solving and time management

7. AutoCAD

8. MS Office

9. Basic knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project preferred)

10. UAE Driving License (preferred)
