The Role

Technical Sales Support Engineer (Heavy Machinery & Equipment)

We are seeking a Technical Sales & Support Engineer for one of our Sister Company to manage customer queries , sales coordination, purchase follow ups, warranty handling, and all related documentation for heavy machinery and construction equipment spare parts. The ideal candidate must be capable of preparing technical presentations, explaining specifications to clients, and maintaining accurate records across sales, service, and procurement.

This role requires strong technical understanding of construction machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, skid loaders, jackhammers, and all related equipment and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, provide technical guidance, and recommend suitable machinery or spare parts.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product specifications, and comparison sheets for clients.

• Manage sales processes, including quotations, follow ups, order confirmations, and client communication.

• Coordinate purchases with suppliers, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain and update warranty records, service logs, and claim documentation.

• Prepare and organize technical data sheets, catalogs, and product documentation.

• Maintain accurate sales, purchase, and inventory records.

• Support management with reports, presentations, and client proposals.

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high quality customer service.

• Work closely with the technical and logistics teams for smooth operations. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy machinery, construction equipment, or spare parts.

• Strong technical knowledge of:

o Bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders

o Skid loaders, jackhammers, breakers

o Hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

o Spare parts identification and cataloguingAbout the company
