The Role

Position Title: WMS IT Administrator

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 8K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:

A Dubai-based enterprise, with a continuously growing portfolio of various industries including luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.

Job Description:

• Manages the software and technical infrastructure responsible for warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, order fulfilment, and barcode scanning.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the WMS application
• Maintain integrations between WMS, ERP, and other systems
• Provide Level 2/3 support for WMS-related issues. Troubleshoot system errors, integration failures, and user issues Requirements

Qualifications:

• Open to Asian nationals, aged 38 years old and below
• Hands-on expertise with Infor WMS (Cloud or On-Prem), with a strong grasp of warehouse operations and supply chain workflows
• Experience working with warehouse technologies, including RF scanners, barcode systems, and printers
• Background in 3PL, retail, or e-commerce environments, with exposure to automation systems such as conveyors and robotics About the company
