About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised IT Systems & AI Automation Specialist to join a fast-growing international investment group based in Dubai. This hands-on role is responsible for supporting the Group's IT infrastructure, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving the adoption of AI and automation solutions across the business.

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day IT support, implement structured processes, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows through technology. Working closely with stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting the Group's ongoing digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across the business, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and systems issues.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, business applications, user accounts, access controls, and IT assets.
• Develop, implement, and document structured IT processes, policies, and best practices to support business operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimisation, workflow automation, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Evaluate, implement, and support AI-powered tools and automation solutions to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
• Build and maintain automations using low-code/no-code platforms and basic scripting where appropriate.
• Support IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
• Monitoring emerging technologies, AI developments, and industry best practices, recommending practical applications for the business.

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years' experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business users and IT systems.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, cloud applications, networking fundamentals, and IT best practices.
• Exposure to AI tools, process automation platforms, and basic scripting/coding (e.g., Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
• Understanding cybersecurity best practices.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL).
• Experience within professional services, consulting, or corporate environments.
