About the Role

Bonza for Cocoa & Chocolate Candies Manufacturing is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with the ability to create compelling content that strengthens our brand and drives customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
• Coordinate product photography, videography, and content-creation activities.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
• Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the online community.
• Stay updated on social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote new products, seasonal campaigns, and corporate gifting solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Ability to create high-quality photo and video content.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in the food, confectionery, bakery, chocolate, retail, or luxury products industry is an advantage.
