ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy across digital channels. You'll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that drive patient acquisition and provider sign-ups managing budgets with precision and turning data into decisions. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of growth, data, and brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, negotiate, and activate media placements across paid social, search, display, and programmatic channels
- Manage and optimise campaign budgets to consistently hit CPL, ROAS, and CPA targets
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to test ad formats, messaging, and audience segments
- Analyse performance data daily and deliver clear weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with media vendors and platform partners
- Work closely with the growth and product teams to align paid campaigns with marketplace goals
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2–4 years of hands-on media buying experience in a digital agency or in-house growth team
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; DSP or programmatic experience is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset comfortable in GA4, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests and incrementality experiments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with the UAE or MENA digital landscape is highly valued

- Knowledge of programmatic buying (DSPs, PMPs, open exchange)

- Experience with affiliate or influencer media buying
Pay: AED6,708.90 - AED33,288.15 per month
